Storage Bays

The Furniture Project has created secure storage space in the attic area of Springfield Mill.

The Storage bays are served by a goods lift for your convenience allowing for easier access. The bays are accessible and all keys are held with a caretaker to ensure belongings are safe and secure. For access to your items you can arrange a mutually agreeable time with our caretaker. All items are stored at the owner’s risk and a rental agreement is required to be signed.

Storage Bays are available for voluntary organisations and private individuals in receipt of benefit. Private individuals must provide a guarantor who is not family or friends.

Each Bay measures 15 ft x 15 ft x 8 ft = 225 sq ft floor area, 1800 cubit feet.
